Manufacturing Engineer / Technologist

Job Summary

Nuvation has an immediate opening for a manufacturing engineer/technologist. The ideal candidate has knowledge of circuit board assemblies, data which represents electronics designs, manufacturing processes, ERO’s, ECO’s, and has worked in the field of electronics test. A working knowledge of product qualification testing including environmental testing, margin testing, stress testing, shock and vibe, and know of applicable IPC standards is required. The ability to help develop test documentation, perform DFx reviews, develop test strategies, and have training in project management techniques is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop product manufacturing documentation including test plans, schedules
• Perform DFx reviews, test coverage analysis
• Develop and perform product qualification testing
• Assist in development of manufacturing test platforms
• Develop manufacturing process standards
• Develop quality management systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in electronics assembly
• Working knowledge of electronics components
• Experience in manufacturing and quality processes
• Experience in product qualification testing
• LabView experience a plus
• Technical leadership – Project Management techniques a plus
• Experience with MS Office products
