Job Summary:

We are looking for an Analog Engineer to be involved in a variety of projects. This position will require significant background in multiple areas, particularly analog and mixed-signal design. Projects will involve designs areas such as high speed data acquisition, low noise power supplies, active/passive filters, control systems, and signal integrity analysis. Our rapid hardware development cycle at Nuvation provides a unique and challenging opportunity to apply a variety of skills, making for a fulfilling and interesting employment opportunity. This position is for senior level analog engineers.

• Electronic system design and architecture definition
• Data acquisition design (Analog to Digital conversion, filter design)
• Board–level component selection, circuit design
• Analog circuit design, Power Supply design, Microwave design, RF design
• System Integration and Signal Integrity
• Design review and consultation across many board designs

• 10+ years working experience in Analog designs
• Experience with passive and active filter designs
• Experience with low noise and high accuracy designs
• Technical leadership and Project Management a plus
• Proficient in Board Design tools such as OrCAD and DxDesigner
• Intimate knowledge of PCB layout techniques and standards
• Experience with RF design tools
• Experience with Signal Integrity – Hyperlynx, Allegro Sl
• Experience with Analog simulation – PSPICE
• Experience working with High speed digital (1 to 10GHz)
• Experience with EMC compliance testing (FCC, UL, CE)
