Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to be involved in a variety of projects. This position will require background in multiple areas, particularly digital board design.
Our rapid hardware development cycle at Nuvation provides a unique and challenging opportunity to apply a variety of skills, making for a fulfilling and interesting employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement digital board designs, ranging from 4 to 34 layers
• Board–level component selection, circuit design
• Work with other design engineers to integrate and bring up FPGA design, microprocessor firmware/software, and DSP firmware/software
• Work with customers, writing proposals and participating in the customer engagement process

• 5+ years working experience in board-level hardware design
• Must have experience with Board-level component selection, circuit design
• Must have experience with Hardware debug and integration
• Must have experience with System design and integration
• Experience with board-level switching power supply design is a plus
• Experience working in a variety of industries
• Technical leadership
• Project Management a plus
• Experience with OrCAD, DxDesigner, and Altium
