Nuvation forms partnership with Basis
San Jose, Calif., July 1, 2000 — Nuvation Labs has recently formed a partnership with Basis, Inc. of Berkeley California (www.basis.com). Basis is a Sun VAR and provides deployment and maintenance service for some very large installations of Sun equipment in Northern California. They are Sun Gold certified and have demonstrated to their clients (and to us) their competence in handling the intricacies of Solaris deployments.
Nuvation and Basis work together to ensure our clients get the best of service at the deployment and maintenance stage of their projects. Nuvation will provide full development services for our clients, from the initial stages through to final system testing. Basis ensures for us that the network installation and system firmware deployed for our clients’ at their Internet Data Center is at the highest quality.
"Basis fills a critical need for Nuvation" stated Stephen Kingsley-Jones, Nuvation’s Director of eCommerce “they allow us to deploy the applications we develop with confidence.” Nuvation’s development expertise combined with Basis’ proven track record of successful deployments will strengthen both companies.
