Nuvation understands the design of complex systems. This allows us to develop a test plan, build/test the sub-system level components, and deliver fully functioning systems to you in the fastest time possible.

The following is a high-level list of process steps to be performed in the manufacturing process:

  • Define test plan for PCB assemblies (flying probe, functional, fixtures, burn-in, etc.) and the system level product (functional test, fixture design, burn-in, etc
  • Qualify and define Accepted Vendor List for the system
  • Identify part availability issues and develop alternate solutions (if needed)
  • Supply PCB assemblies that are fully tested and ready for installation into the system
  • Procure system level components for final assembly
  • Deliver assembled and tested system level product to you
  • Finalize certification process
  • Work with you to transition to high volume manufacturing
